House Rules
This is all mine.
The content published on digitaldemolition.com is completely and utterly my opinion. I’m not mincing words, checking facts, or curbing what my grandma calls my “garbage mouth.” While you are certainly welcome to post your comments, I am just as welcome to delete them and ban you if I want. My sandbox, my rules.
Don’t take this shit personally. It’s not you, I hate all people equally – unless we’re already friends, in which case you know what I think. It’s not like I’m exactly good at mincing or pretending. Life is too short to worry about what strangers might think of me, so I’m trying to cut down (on thinking, not living). I’ve done many things and I have many stories, so this is where I’m putting them. Someday I’ll be dead and it’s comforting to think that some of my words might survive. I’ll never be writing the Great American Novel, so I’m doing this.
If we’re blood relatives, or relatives by marriage, here’s my stance:
If you peruse this site you are probably going to read some things to make you nervous, others to make you cry, and some that will piss you right-the-hell off. I’ve done a lot of dodging, qualifying, and outright avoiding in the past 40-odd years, and that time is past. If it makes you uncomfortable to be here, go away. The internet is a very big place and just because I’m related to you does not mean that this site is required reading. If you’re going to read anything on here, get pissy, call all the women in the family, and then call/email me to discuss it, don’t. Stop reading now and go elsewhere. This is not the place for you. Save everyone the trouble and spend your time on cuteoverload. We’ll both be happier. Attempts to have a “serious talk” about this site will be met with, well, fuck it, just don’t, OK? Start your own site if you need to bitch. Don’t do it here.
